Senior Account Manager


Your tasks

  • Customer service (strategic and operational)
  • Independent management and control of integrated, global campaigns from briefing to implementation
  • Customer relations maintenance, as well as responsibility for project planning and procedural calculations (resources, budgets, timings)
  • Preparation, follow-up and management of customer presentations, discussions, and workshops
  • Identification of optimization areas and active participation in the design of structures and processes

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social, communication or economics with a focus on marketing or comparable qualifications
  • A passion for brand building and an eye for good creation
  • A love of PowerPoint, as well as good working knowledge of the usual MS Office applications
  • At least 4-5 years of professional experience in consulting (classic advertising) with responsibilities in budget management
  • Experience in 360-degree communication, digital experience
  • Experience in managing complex projects and support in everything from agile start-ups to internationally oriented customer accounts
  • A strong “hands-on” and “can-do” mentality
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, confident in presentations
