(Junior/Intermediate) Account Manager


We are looking for a full-time Account Manager at our Hamburg location as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • A responsible link between agency, suppliers, and customers (national and international)
  • Day-to-day operations/project business, customer consultation, as well as administrative maintenance of jobs
  • Briefing, budgeting, time management, presentation, and accounting
  • Ambassador of the company to the outside world
  • Management and control of service providers/suppliers
  • Internal team management and coordination
  • Insight into brand strategy, conception, implementation and control of various communication measures and campaigns
  • Managing other topics within the agency’s day-to-day work

What you bring to the table

  • Degree in communication, economics, or media studies with a focus on marketing/media or comparable vocational training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a consulting and/or communications agency
  • A passion for brands, advertising, and the communications industry as well as an interest in project management
  • Commitment, flexibility, strong communication- and organizational skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office + Adobe Suite
  • Experience in EasyJob (or other agency software) is desirable, but not a must
  • Fluent in German and English. Other languages are a plus, but not a must.
  • Enjoyment in discussing topics at eye level, desire to inspire and involve us with your plans
