The brand and communications agency brandtouch° is the new lead agency for the home and living e-commerce business Monoqi and is currently working on internationalising the brand and incorporating this evolution into the brand design and communication.
After extensively screening several agencies, Founder and Managing Director Simon Fabich and his team decided to go with the brand and communications agency brandtouch°.
brandtouch° Strategy Director Kristof Kleine commented on the partnership: ‘The aim of the Monoqi account is to sharpen the strategic brand focus and to develop Monoqi into the leading international e-commerce company for home, living and design products. Given the success and strength of the brand to date, that is a great challenge!’
After an initial all-round market study, also carried out by brandtouch°, Monoqi and brandtouch° have since last November been driving the development of the brand strategy in the form of an international positioning approach, translating it into a clear brand identity.
‘In line with the concept behind the brandtouch° agency, our next step will be to make this positioning approach a tangible reality at all the touchpoints of the brand experience’, added Kristof Kleine.
Responsible for the account at brandtouch° are Owner Günter Sendlmeier – plus Kristof Kleine for strategic planning and Lars Laemmerzahl for design and communication.
Monoqi is based on an idea of Simon Fabich and Felix Schlegel and was founded in 2012 together with management partners and investors as a shopping club for furniture, home accessories and designer goods. With the help of its own scouting network, Monoqi sources selected products from across the world and offers them for sale to its members for a limited period.
